Dr. Tricia Starnes

Dr. Tricia Starnes

Partner

Dr. Tricia Starnes and her husband Steve, are longtime residents of Oakhurst, Georgia. They have owned and loved Boxers & Boxer mixes for many years. Their home wouldn’t be complete without a few special kitties though. Dr. Starnes has been practicing veterinary medicine for 21 years. She has a naturally upbeat and cheerful nature and aims to help clients feel at ease while visiting the clinic.

Dr Starnes understands the importance of client education, individually tailored health care, belly rubs and ear scratches.

While Dr. Starnes loves both dogs and cats equally, she holds a special place in her heart for often misunderstood feline patients and does everything in her power to provide a low stress experience for all of her patients.

Meg

Meg

Practice Manager

Meg worked with Dr Starnes at East Atlanta Animal Clinic as the Clinic Supervisor for 5 years prior to following her to Church St. Meg has several horses and a few dogs and cats. Roxy, the dog pictured, loves to lead the way on trail rides, go kayaking and finding trouble in whatever form the day brings. Roxy went through 4 homes by the age of 2 when she was fostered by Meg. After one more failed attempt at a permanent home, Meg decided she was already attached and Roxy just needed to stay. Roxy has some pretty severe medical issues which contributed to her naughty behaviors, but now that she is feeling better some of her naughtiness has subsided. Her pastimes at home include chewing on any paper accidentally left out, cuddling with kitties or bossing her husky brother around.
